  • 5.0 out of 5 stars from thisisme -- Interesting. Educational. : The author presents his insights on the topics discussed. Very educational despite the brief chapters on the various areas discussed in the book. The briefness of the discussions makes the compilation easier to digest and a little less complicated compared to a lengthy lecture. Given the author’s background, Dr. Koonin also provided alternatives and comments for possible next steps on how to tackle some of the issues being discussed. • 4.0 out of 5 stars from blazer -- Science is unsettled : The book makes the point that the case for climate change is unsettled. Uses data or the lack of data to make its point. Also shows the bias of many in the climate change field from NGOs to politicians. Because this is a summary, it is hard to go into depth, but I enjoyed the discussion. Not for those unacquainted with the issues. ( Reviewed in the United States on October 6, 2021 )
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars from Collinscb1 -- An interesting read : This book highlights many arguments pertaining to climate change and identifies the flaws and significance of many of these opinions. It helps the reader understand how these arguments are effective, the bias of those making the arguments and was over all an interesting if not alarming read ( Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2021 )
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars from Janey -- Definitely interesting : Clear, concise and easy to understand the book reads more like an essay, however the points were made. We are all in trouble I think that's obvious. When will we learn? Maybe if a few more people read this we might have a better chance with climate change. ( Reviewed in the United States on October 6, 2021 )
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars from Murillo X -- Good summary : This is for sure a good summary. It is clear and direct, presenting a good level of details and what I believe are the key points of the original author. Nevertheless, I believe the book miss a lot by not having some data to support and illustrate the claims. ( Reviewed in the United States on October 12, 2021 )
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars from Joseph D'Aquisto -- Short but informative : A very quick read. Each chapter is only up to a few pages long, but does a good job in structure. I felt like I was reading an academic journal article. This would probably do well on a platform like Google Scholar ( Reviewed in the United States on October 9, 2021 )
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars from Candlelight Reader -- Important read : Nothing in science is certain, and this book highlights that. It clearly goes through many of the points modern scientists believe about climate change what they might not be telling you. I highly recommend for anyone interested in the subject.
