It makes a strong case for investing in wellbeing at work and highlights that actions taken by managers don't have to be complicated. As a leader of a non-profit who already does a lot to support employee wellbeing, I was pleased to find some great additional suggestions in this book. There is also a free toolkit available with this book and I think it has some great templates and resources that I'm looking forward to putting into practice.
